Green is good, and so are you

Anima Mundi Apothecary Liver Vitality Greens I am always on the look out for health and wellness companies that I can trust. I try to support small businesses when I can…in an attempt to steer away from the ease of Amazon. One such company I found was Anima Mundi, a woman owned, herbalist inspired apothecary, that thoughtfully articulates wellness products such as elixirs, potions, herbs, supplements and so much more. From their website, Our Apothecary is composed of organic, wildcrafted, and ethically grown botanicals. Everyone’s definition of self care is different, but it’s about, as Yoga with Adriene, would say…finding what feels good. We all deserve time and space for love and appreciation of our bodies, our minds and where we are at on our wayward earth side journey.  It’s a …
