A new spring meditation for you

Hello Open Hearts Club friends,

I wanted to take a moment to share my first meditation 🧘‍♀️. As many of you know I just completed my Yoga Teacher Training with Detroit Yoga Lab and I am ripe with ideas on how to serve and lift others.

The best thing we can do right now is keep raising our own vibration, trust in our own inner light and lead with love.
